What we collect

We may collect your name, email address, order and payment status, club referral code, messages you send us and technical information needed to keep the site secure. We do not ask for a child's name in the guidance finder or free-guide form. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not received by GrowStrong Kids.

Why we use it

We use personal information to deliver requested guides, administer purchases, answer enquiries, prevent misuse, keep business and tax records and, only where permitted, send marketing. Our usual lawful bases are contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link.

Who processes it

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. MailerLite processes free-guide delivery and email subscriptions. Hosting and email providers process limited technical data. These providers may process data outside the UK using their published safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep order and accounting records for the period required by law. We keep marketing details until you unsubscribe or we decide they are no longer needed. Enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer and manage them.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer of your information. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Club purchases

Participating clubs receive aggregate sales and contribution totals. We do not give clubs purchaser names, email addresses or payment details.
