Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a digital guide pack from Barry Hannan trading as GrowStrong Kids, Office 4309KW, 3 Fitzroy Place, Area 1/1, Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow City Centre, G3 7RH, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@growstrongkids.co.uk.

The products and price

GrowStrong Complete — Young Athletes contains four separate PDF guides. GrowStrong Complete — Girls in Sport contains five separate PDF guides. The launch price is £19.99 per pack, including applicable tax. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription. The normal intended price is £29.99.

Ordering and delivery

Stripe provides the checkout. A contract is formed when payment is accepted. Access is intended to begin immediately after successful payment using the download page shown after checkout. Keep your Stripe receipt. If access fails, email us and we will provide a working copy after checking the order.

Your permission to use the guides

You receive permanent, non-exclusive rights to download and use the files personally within your household. You may print copies for that use. You must not resell, upload publicly, redistribute or present the guides as your own. Clubs need written permission before distributing paid files to members.

Cancellation and refunds

Digital downloads have special cancellation rules. Before immediate access begins, you must agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right will end when the download begins. This does not affect your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or does not work as it should. Contact us promptly and we will repair, replace or refund where required by law. We also offer a practical 14-day help-and-refund promise where you have not substantially used or shared the files.

Educational information

The guides provide general educational information for parents and carers. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment, individual dietetic advice or a promise of sporting performance. Read the Health Disclaimer.

Club contribution

Where a participating club's coded link is used, £5 from each completed, non-refunded purchase is allocated to that club at no extra cost to the customer. A club contribution is not a customer discount and is not payable on refunded, disputed or fraudulent transactions.

Law

These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights. Scottish law applies, but consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available where they live in the UK.
